And why not brag about the AMAZING raspberry “creamcicle” oats w/ maple, holy basil and balsamic topped with chopped pistachios and freeze dried berries I made for breakfast fast today.  It tasted like an aromatic raspberry “creamcicle” but warm and just the right bite.  Holy Basil is an aromatic herb known to have adaptogenic-like qualities- boosting mood and resilience to stress when taken. It also makes a great digestive and is warming and diffusive in nature.  Raspberry is a part of the rose family and not only contains lots of antioxidants and fiber from the seeds but also helps to produce a loving and generous disposition while (gently) maintaining firm boundaries. Raspberries do afterall grow on thorny bramble.
