Fostering independence and resilience is a parenting paradigm—start young and see what your kids are capable of. 💪 They’ll find joy in testing their own limits and trying new things in a safe container! We try to make it a game to build these skills. For example—my girls went into their orthodontist appointment 30 seconds ahead of me to practice checking in by themselves. They were a little nervous (totally normal!), but it’s such great practice for building confidence in a safe and supportive way. 🙌 It’s these small moments that help kids discover their strengths while knowing you’re right there to catch them if they need it. 🥰 How do you encourage independence in your kids?
