Got this recipe from @MaKayla | Food + Fitness💪🏼🍕! . . . No Bake Low Calorie Cereal Bars Only 4 ingredients! Ingredients: -3 cups cereal (roughly crushed) I used Ghost peanut butter protein cereal for extra protein -1/2 cup peanut butter -1/2 cup honey -1/2 cup brown sugar (I used Swerve) -OPTIONAL: Chocolate chips to melt for chocolate layer Directions: -Pour cereal into bowl -Melt together honey, chocolate, and brown sugar until sugar dissolves -Mix together cereal and melted ingredients -Pour into pan Optional: -Melt chocolate chips & cover or drizzle cereal bars -Top with sprinkle of salt Let them harden & enjoy!! Macros: If you cut into 15 squares, each square would be 109 cal, 5 fat, 12 carb, 5 protein (chocolate is not included because it's optional + amount is to your preference)
