Early Saturday Morning to get everything accomplished plus a 6 hour road trip and a 3 hour college prospect camp for Ava. I canāt believe we are already at the stage where we are taking her to college camps. She may only be in 8th grade currently, but these next four years will go by FAST! šØ Fun Fact: Mike graduated with his Nurse Practitioner degree from UTA. Lexi and I went on a 80 minute/4 Mile walk around Campus. It was so cute to hear Lexi ask so many questions about college, we walked down Greek Row, and I answered 2927727 questions that weāre running through her mind. Itās crazy because college was never something that was talked about in my house growing up- Mike and I are both first generation college graduates. So the fact that my middle school girlies have their eyes on their future so young, makes me so exceptionally proud of them and excited for whatās to come. Next weekend, we will head up to Texas State for another camp and then tournament ball will be back into full effect for both of them. I say that because I get itās hard to get it all in, I truly do. Having a full-time nursing job, being a top creator with LTK, and having two girls in competitive sports, means there is little time on a daily basis. But, when you focus on whatās important, I promise itās still possible. Itās funny because I thought this journey might take away from my time with them but Iāve enjoyed figuring out how I can incorporate them into the journey. I mean at the end of the day, itās the behavior we model, that they will emulate. As always meals for the day and workouts are below! Breakfast: Hard boiled eggs, strawberries, and a banana. Lunch: Protein Shake (we were stuck at the fields- should have planned better for that). Dinner: Bunless In and Out Burger (Protein Style) Workout
#1: Full Bodyweight (I grabbed a few ideas from Lemon8) Workout
