PLEASE READ👇🏼 💄‼️If you have sensitive eyes-you are not drawing on the waterline. You are using a creamy eyeliner and drawing on the lashes and higher in between so it should still work for you. I have very watery eyes and this doesn’t bother them. The “old way” is how I used to wear my liner😉 I choose to wear my eyeliner differently now that I am 43.
