Think you stink at makeup? You don’t have to feel that way any more! I used to feel like you also-but NO MORE! ❤️ This makeup was designed for the woman who… 🌟 needs a quick routine (you can rock this in 5 mins or less) 🌟 thinks they suck with makeup and needs something foolproof (yep-it’s a paint by number system! Apply the colors where they go and blend) 🌟 has texture and makeup typically looks cakey (hello-no alcohol in these products to dry your face out) 🌟 has mature skin and makeup just doesn’t look the same anymore (cream formula is the WAY to go as we age) 🌟 needs a teacher to help them (you get me every step of the way-to help you find your colors, send you guides and tutorials, and answer every question along the way) 🌟 has a disorganized brain (hello one compact-no more mess) Comment “match” to get started! I’ll get you all the details ❤️ #easymakeup #seintmakeup #makeupteacher #seint #beginnermakeup #makeupforbeginnets #makeupfordummies #seintofficial #highlightandcontour #contour #mua #simplemakeup #makeupover30 #makeupover40 #matureskinmakeup #easymakeuptutorial

Here are some tips you might find helpful: 1. ❄️Cold CompressApply a cold compress or chilled spoons to the under-eye area for about 10-15 minutes. This can help reduce swelling and constrict blood vessels. 2. 💦Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Dehydration can contribute to puffiness. 3. 😴Sleep: Ensure you get enough sleep each night. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep to help your body recover. 4. ☝🏻Elevate Your Head: When sleeping, try elevating your head with an extra pillow to prevent fluid from accumulating under your eyes. 5. Eat Nutrient Dense Foods: inflammation from our diet can lead to water retention, which may cause puffiness. 6. 🤧Allergy Management: If allergies are causing your eye bags, consider using antihistamines or consulting with a healthcare professional. 7. 🧴Skincare Products: Look for creams that contain ingredients like caffeine, hyaluronic acid, or peptides, which can help reduce puffiness. 8.🫖Tea Bags: Place used, cooled tea bags (especially green or chamomile tea) on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. The antioxidants and caffeine can help reduce swelling. 9. Gentle Massage: Gently massage the under-eye area to improve circulation and reduce fluid retention. 10. Consult a Professional: If the problem persists, consider consulting a dermatologist or healthcare professional for personalized advice or treatments. Remember that results may vary from person to person, so it might take some experimentation to find what works best for you. #eyebags #sleep #puffiness #makeupteacher #over50makeup #matureskinmakeup #midlife #menopause #maturemakeuptips #agingwell #over50andfabulous #agegracefully #naturalbeauty #seintmakeupartist #teacher #simplebeauty #growingoldgracefully #simplemakeuptips #maturebeauty #midlifewomen, #over50, #aginggracefully, #midlifecrisis, #emptynest, #SelfCare, #healthyliving, #empowerment, #selflove.

Creating your own tinted BB cream is a breeze, and it’s a fun way to customize your skincare routine without breaking the bank! All you need is your favorite foundation and a moisturizer or serum that you already have on hand. Simply squeeze a small amount of foundation onto the back of your hand, then add an equal part of your moisturizer or serum. Mix them together with your fingers or a brush until you achieve a smooth, even consistency. Voila! You’ve just whipped up a lightweight tinted cream that not only provides minimal coverage to even out your skin tone but also infuses your complexion with the nourishing benefits of your skincare products. The beauty of this DIY tinted BB cream is its versatility! You can adjust the ratio of foundation to moisturizer depending on your desired coverage—more foundation for a bit more color, or more moisturizer for a sheerer finish. Plus, you can switch up the products based on your skin’s needs; if you’re feeling dry, go for a hydrating moisturizer, or if you want a glow, mix in a serum with illuminating properties. This simple concoction allows you to embrace your natural beauty while keeping your skin happy and healthy, all without the need for additional products. The art of tight-lining can be as tricky .If you’re not familiar with this technique, tight lining is using an eyeliner or eyeshadow to tap in between the lashes right at the lash line to outline the eye or placing liner on the waterline itself. For those who have sensitive eyes, shaky hands or just find tight lining messy then this product is for you! The tiny narrow wand allows for control in the most delicate way right next to the lash line. This product by @itcosmetics is also a primer so you can add your favorite mascara for a fuller look. There are two main types of exfoliation -physical and chemical exfoliation. Example, examples of physical exfoliation are scrubs, drybrushes, or micro dermabrasion, even dermaplaning. Some examples of chemical exfoliation are alpha and beta, hydroxy acids, peels, exfoliating pads It’s important to choose the right method for your skin type and to listen to your skin needs. Over exfoliation can lead to irritation and compromising the skin barrier. That’s why one to two times a week and no more than three times a week is recommended. I have found the most gentle exfoliate for only $30! It’s actually Korean skin care and it will last a very long time. It is extra gentle, so you do not have to worry. Text CLEANUP to 301-720-0788 And I’ll send you the link along with more information about my skincare routine which has transformed my (now 55) year old skin 😉 As always, it’s best to consult with your esthetician or dermatologist. #koreanskincare #exfoliate #wrinkles #radiantskin #makeupteacher #matureskin #desert #dryskin #oilyskin
