Say I want “that” ____ thing “or even BETTER” than that thing. This detaches you from needing that “one thing” to give you the outcome you desire. Release it!!!! And say “that or better” over and over til you FEEL it.  3. Ask yourself the feeling you would have if “that or better” than what you want showed up today. There are 2 parts to this: 1 is consistency and persistence for about 18 days (before it becomes habitual) and 2: is changing perspective & observing the positive benefit/outcome of the new habit instead of focusing on the negatives around old habit or the difficulty of the new.
