AD: I’m SUPER excited to be partnering with one of my favorite noodle spots today‼️I’m back at @chopinnoodlehouse to get a behind-the-scenes look + try some new menu items. Here are must try dishes: ▪️Triple Mix Oil Spill Noodles ($15.95): this is one of their new dishes and easily my favorite item there. I got mine with extra wide noodles, and it was FANTASTIC! It’s topped with tomato, egg, jjajang, and chili oil spice. Make sure you mix everything thoroughly before digging in 🤤 ▪️Traditional Beef Noodle Soup ($12.95): this is chef’s favorite dish and a staple in his hometown of Lanzhou. He recommends enjoying this with regular noodles! Think pure comfort in a bowl 🫶 ▪️Chili Oil Kimchi ($4.95): def not kimchi, but I love that they offer this. It was VERY tasty, and I really enjoyed having it with my noodles. It had a great crunch to it, and it’s a must for chili oil stans like me. Made with cabbage, carrot and chili oil 🙂 ▪️Mutton Chops ($21.95): You get lots of meat with this dish, and it comes with a side of chili oil kimchi and a flavorful seasoning for dipping. Additional notes 📝 ▪️Their food + noodle’s originally from Lanzhou (NW China) 🫶 ▪️Parking is plentiful! ▪️There’s a piano inside and they have performances from time to time 🎹 ▪️You order at the counter and they’ll bring your food to you once it’s ready ▪️You get to choose from 6 different noodle shapes - my favorite’s their wide! ▪️To go containers are self serve and located at the front ◼️Their name is inspired by the composer, Chopin 🎶 Have you guys been to this noodle spot yet?
