Here’s what you’ll need: lamb meat, fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, salt, black pepper, and some fresh green chilies. Instructions: 1. First, fry the lamb meat until it becomes golden brown. Remove any excess oil. 2. Add fresh garlic and cook it for 30 seconds. 3. Then, add black pepper and salt, mixing everything together. 4. Add the fresh tomatoes and cook on low heat, covering the pot until the tomato skin softens. 5. Once the skin softens, remove the skins from the tomatoes and add some fresh green chilies. Mix everything together with the lamb. 6. Lower the flame, cover, and let the meat cook until it becomes tender. 7. To give it that restaurant-style flavor, add a bit of smoke for 5 minutes. 8.
