Strawberry Overnight Oats with a Matcha Magic Shell—the perfect high protein breakfast that tastes like dessert, made with rolled oats, fresh and freeze dried strawberries and matcha. INGREDIENTS: 1 scoop plant protein of choice 1/4 cup fresh strawberries 1 1/2 cup plant milk 2 tsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp freeze dried strawberries 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/4 cup dairy free white chocolate 1 tsp @Frauth Matcha powder METHOD: Blend plant protein, strawberries, plant milk, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste and salt until smooth. Add to a bowl with with rolled oats, freeze dried strawberries and chia seeds and stir to incorporate. Transfer into a jar and allow to set for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, melt dairy free white chocolate, sift in matcha powder and stir to combine. Pour on top of oats and return to the fridge until chocolate is set, then crack and enjoy!
