I am SO excited to tell you guys about this place‼️Located in Gambrills, V N Noodle House is a must visit. They’re known for their fantastic Vietnamese food, and they offer everything from clay pots to yum vermicelli dishes 🙂 I went for a solo lunch date and got the following: ▪️Vietnamese Crepe ($12.95): stuffed with sliced onion, bean sprouts, scallions, pork and shrimp. I was THRILLED to see this on their menu. @labellemel31 introduced me to it a while back, and I fell in love with the dish. They do it so well here, and portions are BIG. If you’ve never had it before, you take a piece of lettuce, add basil/carrot + a piece of crepe, then dip it into the fish sauce based dip that comes with. This is called Bánh Xèo, and it’s a very popular street food in Vietnam. The texture’s really lovely - the crepe’s nice and crispy and so yum when combined with the umami fillings inside + fresh herbs. ▪️Pho Chin (small for $10.95): I can’t ever resist pho so I needed to try theirs. The broth was fantastic, the noodz were cooked perfectly, and the veggies that came with were super fresh. DEF one of the best pho spots in MD (that I’ve tried) 🫶 Their pricing’s SUPER affordable IMO, and I thought portions were generous. The restaurant was cozy and very clean. Service was attentive, and it’s clearly family run (RIGHT up my alley - I live for mom and pop shops like this). Anywho, I will 100% be back to try more of their menu. I wanted to get a clay pot as well but was too full. Def let me know what you think if you guys go!
