EASY BURRITO BOWLS 🌯 perfect for meal prep and completely customizable. Been a staple for us for years! Ingredients: 1 lb extra lean ground beef (16 oz) 1 tbsp taco seasoning* (see notes) 1 tbsp tomato paste (15 g) 1/4 cup water 2 cups cooked white rice (316 g) 1 cup canned black beans (150 g) rinsed and drained 1 cup canned corn (150 g) drained 2 oz Monterey Jack cheese (56 g) grated lettuce, tomato, cilantro, limes for topping southwest sauce for topping (recipe on my site) Instructions: 1. Get your rice cooking (according to package instructions). I cook 1 cup dry rice to make 2 cups cooked. 2. Heat a large pan on medium high heat. Cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking apart into small pieces. Remove excess liquid. Add taco seasoning, tomato paste and water. Stir until fully combined and remove from heat. 3. Distribute ingredients evenly into 4 containers. Each will have 1/2 cup rice, 1/4 of the beef, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup beans, and 1/2 oz cheese. Enjoy with all your favorite toppings. 4. To store, top with lids and keep in the fridge up to 4 days. Reheat when ready, and add toppings after. I can’t get enough of it 🫢 Ingredients: 8 hard boiled eggs 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese  2 tbsp Dijon  1 lemon (juiced)  1 tsp smoked paprika  1/2 tbsp garlic powder  1/4 cup chopped chives  Salt and pepper to taste  Instructions: In a large bowl grate your hard-boiled eggs using a box grater. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Makes 5-6 servings. Store in the fridge for up to five days.  #highproteinmeals #mealprepideas #mealprepping #mealprepmonday #eggsalad
Homemade sandwich bread. In a large bowl, add 2 cups warm water (roughly 110 degrees), 1 tbsp active dry yeast, and 1 tbsp honey. Stir then let bloom. Once your yeast is activated, add 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp melted butter, and 1/4 cup honey. Stir then add 5 cups of flour - either bread or all purpose. Stir. Once your dough starts to stick to your spoon or spatula, knead with your hands - either in the bowl or on the counter. If your dough is still a little sticky, you may need to add more flour. Once your flour is fully incorporated and your dough is no longer sticking to your hands, place your dough in a greased bowl and cover with either Saran Wrap or a damp towel. Let rise for an hour or until doubled in size. After your dough has doubled, it’s time to shape into loaves. Cut your dough in half and roll into a loaf - making sure to pinch the seams. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes (or until doubled in size). After the 30 minutes, it’s time to bake. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Once out of the oven, top with butter. Allow your dough to cool completely before cutting. Prep it for lunch and you’ll be all set for a healthy vegetarian high protein meal that is delicious and filling! Chipotle’s Barbacoa  It costs $11.12 and double is $16.37 before tax. Smh. But probably the easiest meal prep to do with the least amount of dishes afterwards. Highly recommend and it makes a lot.  Sussy video🤨 Per 113g: 192 Calories | 25g Protein | 8.6g Fat | 1.1g Carbs Ingredients: - Top Round: Chipotle uses Chuck but top round(may be labeled as London broil) is so much leaner - Seasonings: Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin - 1 small can of Chipotle in adobo sauce - Water - Bone broth (slightly submerge the beef) - Bay Leaves - Lime - 6 Garlic Cloves - Oil Spray - I believe I used 5lbs? 6lbs?
