mentalhealthcrisis hashtag performance

#Mentalhealthcrisis highlights urgent issues in mental health awareness, access to care, stigma reduction, emotional struggles, community support, personal stories, advocacy, prevention strategies, youth challenges, social media impact, and healing journeys.
My last social media post of 2024 is much like my first: begging Oregon officials to not only do something about the behavioral health crisis for children and teens but to intervene on our family’s behalf. This year has been one of the hardest of my life—a constant fight to get my child the care they need in a system that feels broken beyond repair. From countless sleepless nights to endless phone calls, meetings, and pleas, I’ve seen firsthand how Oregon’s mental health system has failed families like mine. As a father, a mental health advocate, and someone who believes in the power of change, I’m ending this year with a public open letter to Governor Tina Kotek. In it, I ask for bold action: declare a mental healthcare state of emergency and help us find a real solution for my child. This isn’t just about my family—it’s about every family in Oregon struggling with the same systemic failures. Our state ranks last in the nation for youth mental health services, and it’s time for that to change. The full letter is live now on my Substack (link to my Substack is in bio). I’m asking you to read it, share it, and join me in demanding action. Share the link on your social media, tag your friends, and let’s make sure this reaches the people who can create change. Let’s step into 2025 fighting for something better—for every child and teen in Oregon who deserves more than what they’re getting now. Together, we can make a difference. #MentalHealthMatters #OregonYouth #MentalHealthCrisis #AndyFilmsAndHikes #MentalHealth

@Datura Jonez It’s just going to keep happening if we keep becoming desensitized to it. #MentalHealth #gunviolence #mentalhealthcrisis #unpopularopinion
