Make Buffalo chicken dip: Mix 2 cups diced chicken, diced celery, 1 package of (softened ) cream cheese,1 cup of cheese, and the buffalo sauce, salt to taste 2. (Keep an eye on it) Dipping Sauce: - Let them cool slightly and serve with blue cheese and ranch dipping sauces. Make-Ahead Suggestions: - Store rolled logs in the fridge, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Cover tightly -To Freeze, cut into pieces and freeze. To cook from frozen: apply egg wash and cook for 35-40min.
