Mommy & Me Valentine’s Day Workout 💕 This Valentine’s Day, I want to show my daughter that love always starts from within! Prioritizing ourselves—physically and mentally—helps us show up as the best versions of ourselves for the people we love. This fun and playful workout is a great way to get moving together, and I’m sure your little one will love it too! 😊 We did: 💘 Heartbreaker Standing Obliques – side crunches while forming a heart shape with your hands. 💋 Blow-a-Kiss Push-Ups – do a push-up, then blow a kiss to the camera at the top. 🔥 Crush Core Twists – Russian twists, pretending to throw rose petals 💞 High-Five Lunges – alternating lunges with a high-five gesture. 🎀 Smell the Flowers Crunches – crunches with a flower I usually do 45 seconds of active exercise with 20–30 second breaks in between, repeating this circuit three times.
