Replying to @Jack Hutson I can’t believe how much you guys liked that last video so here’s a throwback comparison from a couple years ago with a few FAQs: •@jeremybyrne555 raced the Pro Nationals in 2016. He quit for a few reasons and has only ridden ~5-10 times per year since. Last year we made it to the track only 5 times. So his speed today is flabbergasting for the lack of practice. He’s gotten faster since he quit. Rest did him well it seems. •We are both pro, yes, in our own respective classes. I raced the WMX Pro class in 2014. There’s a large gap in genders in this sport, though the top women now are stepping it up a LOT, there’s still a large gap between men and women. •Jeremy is planning on racing again. Though he’s 26, I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist and what this sport doesn’t understand is that 26 isn’t too late. The body reaches peak fitness around 28-34. That’s why the 450 class is full of dads now. Because they’re racing later and figuring it out. So he does have time to start again if we can find the funding. Money is a huge factor. Hence a stock bike, stock plastics, and 62 hours on it. It’s pretty clapped out😂 •We’ve both been riding on and off for 21 years. We met when we were in middle school, started dating in 2013, are each others’ first and only relationship, and made our pro debuts on the same day in 2014. Hope that answers some of your questions!
