That pull through is a huge strength movement in my book! The hinge , the fold, the pull, the grounding through your feet , the leverage, the internal connection, force, exertion, control & intentional flow & engagement throughout the movement makes a huge difference, how you execute an exercise makes a difference, it takes intention, effort & focus. Feet stances, hand grip, body alignment how the weight is distributed through your feet and the pull of the ropes all makes a difference, I'ma throw a band on the attachment next time and see what the does .
