Many people would rather just leave their dogs at home than have them wear a muzzle, not me! Reactive dogs deserve a fulfilled enriched life too, they shouldn’t have to hide from life experiences other dogs get to have. BUT, big BUT here, do not make your dog others “problem” what I mean by this is train your dog. Respect others space and boundaries. Be responsible if you have a dog who may be unpredictable, muzzles are great tools to help and help in many different scenarios, not just dogs who may bite! - *disclaimer- obviously there are scenarios where you should just leave your dog at home, but I’m referring to taking your dogs to experience life and going places there may be other people and dogs. You know your dog best, and If there is a scenario you do not think they would thrive in or are ready for, leaving them at home can be the better option until you work up to that experience!
