Customize them sweet or savory with toppings like cinnamon sugar, everything bagel seasoning, or Parmesan and herbs. YOU’LL NEED: -1 c all-purpose flour (use up to 1/2 c whole wheat) -1 tsp baking powder -1/4 tsp kosher salt -1 c plain Greek yogurt (non-fat) OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: -Everything bagel seasoning -Cinnamon sugar -Rosemary Parmesan -Shredded cheddar -1 egg beaten w/ 1 T water (for egg wash) Mix dry ingredients with yogurt to form a dough.
