I hope this coming year is a better one for all of us, but remember to focus on the blessings that you have had this year, I know it's hard but try to blur out the negative times by focusing more on the positives that this year has brought! if you just said there were no positive, then you really need to change your mindset, everyone has had a positive, even if it's as small as you were in the store and a baby smiled at you, focus on the pure innocence and non judgement smile you got that day, there's always something, focus on 1 positive and once you have focused on that think of another, until the positive outweigh the negative!
