⇩ Full Recipe 🍜 ⇩ Macros per bowl: Protein: 22g Carbs: 40g Fat: 11g Calories: 350 Ingredients per bowl: - 4 large rice paper - 3 oz large shrimp raw - 2 Tbsp soy sauce - 1 Tbsp oyster sauce - 2 tsp sesame oil - 1 tsp brown sugar - 1 tsp minced garlic - 1/3 second spray oil - 1-2 tsp water - 2 tbsp green onion - 1 tsp sesame seeds Recipe Inspo: @hermanathome How to make it yourself: 1. Dice your green onions 2. In a large plate, pour a thin layer of drinking water and dip both sides of your rice paper into the water to make it moist. 3. Transport the wet rice paper flat onto another plate, repeat, and stack them on top of each other. 4. Pour some drinking water over the stack of wet rice paper so it’s easier to slice and doesn’t try up and get sticky. Cut the stack of wet rice papers into strips 5. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce Sesame oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic and mix. 6. In a pan coated with spray oil, grill your raw shrimp. 7. Plate by adding the noodles into a bowl and your grilled shrimp on top.
