What I ate in a day… it’s called balance. Comment below what are your favorite veggies or fruit?! What is your guilty pleasure?! Some days I do better than others. My husband and I own a wellness office and even I have struggled despite the knowledge I have. I’m not ever looking for perfection, I’m focused on doing better than the day before, and giving myself grace. I’m focused on my overall health, and being here for my children and future grandchildren. I want to teach my children a healthy lifestyle while also knowing we’re human and balance is key. I don’t and will not ever eat like this for my “weight, or appearance.” I typically don’t eat breakfast because I prefer the way I feel with a longer fast. I also typically try to make sure the first thing I eat consists of healthy fat, and protein. I make sure to drink at least half of my body weight in water, and always drink at least 8oz before I drink my coffee. I don’t always succeed but that is my goal everyday. After years and years of disordered eating, and just not taking care of my vessel I have found this is what makes me feel the best!! I don’t weigh myself, and I don’t eat mostly clean because of or for “weight.” I’ve learned weight is 1. Just a number and 2.
