Greek chicken bowl🥒🍅🌿 50g protein / 375 calories recipe below: In a small bowl, combine: -2 tablespoons Siggis plain Greek yogurt  -½ teaspoon fresh chopped parsley -1/2 teaspoon basil -¼ teaspoon paprika -¼ teaspoon dried oregano -¼ teaspoon ground cumin -¼ teaspoon onion powder -1 minced garlic clove (could substitute ¼ teaspoon garlic powder) -½ tablespoon lemon juice Use the Greek yogurt mixture to completely coat and marinate 130g chicken breast. Marinate for at least 20 minutes. Cook the chicken in avocado oil spray until an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit is reached. I cooked the chicken in a cast iron skillet so it turns out more charred! Tomato Cucumber Salad: -¼ cup diced cucumber -¼ cup diced cherry tomatoes -2 tablespoons red onion (about ⅛ a small onion) -½ tablespoon red wine vinegar -½ tablespoon chopped basil -¼ teaspoon salt & pepper Greek Yogurt Tzatziki (single serving) In a food processor or blender, combine: -¼ cup Okios Triple Zero Greek yogurt -½ a mini cucumber (about 45g, too much cucumber can make the tzatziki too watery!) peeling it first may help the texture become less choppy. -½ -1 tablespoon lemon juice (from half a lemon) -2 small garlic cloves -½ tablespoon chopped dill -¼ teaspoon salt & pepper -¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes Tortilla “Chips” -Spray one La Banderita Carb Counter Street Taco tortilla with olive oil or avocado oil spray -Season both sides with chile lime seasoning and airfry at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 mins  Assemble: -Add lemon-dressed arugula to a bowl and top with sliced chicken breast. Drizzle chicken breast with ½ a tablespoon balsamic glaze. Add the tzatziki in the middle with the sliced up tortilla and cucumber tomato salad. Again no hate at all to this person, I would love to be able to eat like this because I love food. I just want to be able to use this as a way to show you that you can make food swaps for lower calorie higher protein options IF you are trying to eat healthier. A lot of people don’t want to eat healthy because they think it’s just water, bland chicken and broccoli. It’s not. You can still enjoy a whole lot of food and a wide variety of meals and still eat healthy. Also there is a ton of fear mongering around food because certain things aren’t “healthy” and that the only way to eat healthy is to eat grass fed pasture raised ethically grown steak and beef tallow off of a cutting board. It’s important to know that nutrition is on a continuum. Some things are better than others as far as nutrition goes and some things are better than others as far as taste goes. It’s up to you to find the balance that helps you hit your goals and make you happy. SMITH MACHINE GOOD MORNING TIPS ⏬ 1.) Use warm up sets to figure out where to place your feet, then ideally mark it with some chalk to make sure you can replicate the position. You want to place your feet in the spot in which you can get the best ham stretch on the way down with a tight lower back. 2.) Push your butt BACK slowly while keeping your chest up and knees just shy of lockout. 3.) During warmups, choose a stopper height that gives you a great ham stretch but leaves you feeling tight at the bottom. This can standardize the movement and remove any uncertainty about proper depth during work sets. 4.) Slow on the eccentric is mandatory. A small pause at the bottom while staying tight is optional, but a good idea to try. 6.) It’s duct tape. I can’t reach the bar anymore due to mobility issues. 7.)
