The most valuable tool is life is to know when to push, and when to back off. Push Workout (lateral delt bias) 1. Incline Hammer press 2. Iso Lateral Hammer press 3. Cable fly 4. Hammer strength lateral raise 5. DB lateral raise 6. Rope push down I did two working sets for each exercise. The rep ranges varied but were between 6 to 15 across the board for the workout.
