One-Pot Tortellini Lasagna (30 minute dinner)✨ All you need is one pot, 30 minutes, and you’ll have a delicious lasagna inspired dinner on the table for your family!  Ingredients: 	•	20 oz fresh refrigerated tortellini 	•	1 lb ground beef 	•	½ medium onion, diced 	•	4 garlic cloves, minced 	•	1 tbsp tomato paste 	•	2 tsp avocado oil 	•	1 tsp salt (for meat) 	•	¼ tsp black pepper (for meat) For the Sauce: 	•	1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes 	•	1 cup water 	•	1 tbsp garlic powder 	•	1 tbsp onion powder 	•	1 tsp dried oregano 	•	1 tsp dried basil 	•	1 tsp salt, (or to taste) 	•	¼ tsp black pepper 	•	¼ tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste) 	•	¼ tsp baking soda (to neutralize the acidity of the tomatoes), add a little more if needed For the Ricotta Topping: 	•	1 cup ricotta cheese 	•	½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 	•	½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 	•	1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley 	•	½ tsp garlic salt (or to taste) 	•	¼ tsp black pepper For the Final Dish: 	•	1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 	•	1/4 grated Parmesan cheese Extra: 	•	Fresh parsley, chopped  Instructions: 	1.
