Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet. 2. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. In a large bowl beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and red food coloring and mix until combined. 5. Fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. 6. Fold in the Oreos and white chocolate chips. 7. Scoop the cookie dough with a 3 tablespoon cookie scooper and place the dough balls on the lined baking sheet. Top with more Oreos and white chocolate chips. 8. Bake 10-12 minutes.
