Replying to @The Evolution of Tan| Lately, I’ve been more conscious of my food choices, and these oven-baked salmon bites paired with vegetables have become a staple in my weekly meal rotation. 😋 Ingredients: • Salmon • American blend fresh baby potatoes • Broccoli • Carrots • White onion • Minced garlic • Rosemary • Unsalted butter • Aluminum foil paper • Lemon • Freshly chopped parsley Instructions: Pat the salmon dry and cut it into cubes. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with Kinder's The Blend seasoning, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix and allow it to marinate for about 30 minutes. While the salmon marinates, clean and chop your vegetables. In a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning, Kinder's The Blend seasoning, onion powder, and Morton’s Season-All. Mix thoroughly. Tear two large sheets of aluminum foil and place the seasoned salmon and vegetables in the center of each. Add lemon slices, fresh rosemary, and a few slices of unsalted butter to each packet. Fold the foil tightly to seal the packets and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 50 minutes. Once cooked, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy this healthy and flavorful dish!
