Thai-inspired ground chicken stir fry with lots of fresh basil! This is truly the easiest dinner I’ve made in a while (which is probably why I’ve made it so many times in the last month alone…) This can be made with ground chicken, pork, turkey — whatever you like. I add 2 or 3 thinly sliced Thai chiles, but of course adjust based on your personal preference for spice.
