Parents, let’s stop pushing our kids down paths God didn’t call them to! 🙌 Let’s help them discover His purpose, not our own plan. 💫 God has already prepared a unique future for each child. It’s up to us to guide them there! 💖 Ephesians 2:10 says: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." 🙏 Are you guiding them to God’s plan or your own? Let’s raise children who live out His calling, not ours. 💥 Let’s be biblical parents, not just American parents. 🌟 Spoken by Pastor Philip A Mitchell #fyp #Preach #PhilipAMitchell #2819Church #parenting #fatherhood #motherhood #inspiration #motivation #viralreels #ExplorePage #GodsPlan #FaithOverFear #BiblicalParenting #PurposeDrivenLife #RaisingKingdomLeaders #Ephesians2:10 #ChristianParenting #TrustGod #ParentingWithPurpose #FamilyFirst #PurposefulLiving #fypシ #kennedymotivate
One thing about us as parents -we're always going to show up for our kids. It's not always easy, and it's rarely convenient, but it's so important to us that our kids know we've got their backs no matter what. 66 homemade cookies for the soccer team? Absolutely. A last-minute festive shirt for practice? Hop in the car, Dad's taking you. Whether it's the little things or the big moments, we want our kids to feel supported, heard, and loved. It's not about being perfect parents (because trust me, we're not). It's about showing up. About doing our best to make sure they know their needs and interests matter. And honestly, seeing their smiles makes every late night, extra errand, and baking marathon worth it. To all the parents out there making it happen-whether it's in small ways or big ones-you're doing amazing. Here's to raising kids who know they're loved, supported, and celebrated every step of the way. #ParentingWithPurpose #ShowingUp #InvolvedParents #FamilyFirst #momlife #mom #dad #dadlife #parenthood
My autism journey with Cairo has been nothing short of a miracle. From nonverbal to speaking, I did it my way—a holistic, plant-based approach that transformed my son’s life. I detoxed his body of heavy metals, focused on fasting, and nourished him with what nature provides: plenty of greens, fruits, herbs, and my own products. Intermittent fasting, juicing, and smoothies were game-changers, along with my herbal teas—alkaline tea, lymphatic cleanse, iron booster, colon flush, respiratory tea, brain support, and bitters. These pulled out parasites, heavy metals, and fought yeast and candida. Yeast and candida keep your child bloated, stimming, and stuck in place. I wasn’t having that. Through detoxification and intentional nutrition, Cairo started thriving. His progress reminds me daily that healing is possible when you align with what the body truly needs. Parents, never stop believing in the power of nature and the strength of your own way. 💚 #autism #AutismJourney #HolisticHealing #PlantBasedParenting #DetoxForAutism #NaturalHealingForKids #NonverbalToVerbal #AutismAwareness #AutismDiet #HealingWithNature #HeavyMetalDetox #CandidaCleanse #HerbalHealing #JuicingForKids #AutismSupport #PlantBasedHealing #GutHealthForAutism #AutismNutrition #FastingForHealing #StimmingSolutions #ParentingWithPurpose #AutismParenting #GreensAndHerbs #ParasiteCleanse #HolisticParenting
How You Tell Your Story Shapes Your Reality—and Theirs 🗣️ If you grew up in poverty, how do you share that story, especially with your kids? Do you tell it as a sob story, filled with hardship and struggle? Or do you talk about it as one of the best things that ever happened to you—because it taught you the value of hard work, gratitude, and resilience? The way we tell our story doesn’t just reflect our past—it creates the narrative we live into. If we speak about adversity with pride and optimism, we instill those same values in the people listening, especially our kids. But if we frame it as a burden, we risk teaching them to see challenges as limitations instead of opportunities. Your story is your reality—and your children’s, too. Be cautious, intentional, and deliberate in how you frame your past, because it sets the stage for how they’ll approach their own challenges. What’s a story from your life that shaped who you are today? Share it below, and let’s inspire each other. #StorytellingMatters #LeadershipThroughNarrative #Resilience #ParentingWithPurpose #CreateYourNarrative #IntentionalLeadership
• Your number one job as a parent is to create safety. ————— • Your kids are already navigating so much fear, fear of the unknown, fear of failing, fear of being misunderstood. They don’t understand their emotions yet. They don’t understand the human experience. —————- • You are their anchor. Their constant. Their home. —————- • But the moment they start to fear you, when punishment takes the place of connection, that safety begins to crumble. They stop trusting you, the one person they’re supposed to trust most. They start to dissociate. They lose their ability to regulate their emotions. ————— • And what happens when a child grows up never feeling safe? They become an adult still searching for that anchor. ————— • So, this is your invitation. Choose connection over control. Presence over punishment. Be the one person they can come to, no matter what. ————— • Because when they feel safe with you, they can face the rest of the world without fear. And that’s the gift only you can give. ————- #ParentingWithPurpose #BreakTheCycle #divinefeminine #divinemasculine #healingtrauma

🎁Day 6 is here, and we’re keeping it simple today. With the holiday rush in full swing, tonight’s challenge fits right into your bedtime routine—because sometimes, that’s the only time we have left. For 12 minutes, focus on physical connection before your child drifts off to sleep. Why physical touch? It’s a universal way to communicate love, comfort, and safety, especially at the end of a busy day. Physical closeness helps us reconnect, even after a chaotic one, reminds our kids that they’re deeply cared for, and is mutually rewarding! 🫶 Here’s how you can adapt this for your child’s age: 💝Toddlers: Snuggle while reading their favorite story or hold them gently as they settle into bed. 💝School-Aged Kids: Lie beside them, rub their back, or sit close while they tell you about their day. 💝Teens: Offer a hug, a playful shoulder squeeze, or even just sit nearby as they unwind. Let them lead if they prefer their space but still want connection. If you’ve been thinking about joining the challenge, it’s not too late! Jump in today—12 minutes is all it takes to create moments they’ll remember forever. And to everyone who’s already participating, thank you for sharing messaging me with your experiences! The feedback has been incredible, and it’s inspiring to see so many of us prioritizing these moments of connection. 🥹🫶🎁 Let’s keep it going! #connectedparenting #parentingwithintention #parentingwithpurpose #boundariesarehealthy #boundsriesarebeautiful #parentcoach #postiveparenting #mindfulparenting #respectfulparenting #authoritativeparenting #miamipsychologist #balance #parentingteens #parentingtweens #parentchildrelationships #parentingwithpresence #12daysofpresence #familybonding #familyqualitytime

🤍Day 8 of the 12 Days of Presence Challenge! Your presence is the greatest present you can give your child. For today’s challenge, we’re making it 100% about them—because when we let our kids lead, we’re not just spending time with them, we’re showing them that their ideas and preferences matter. Letting your child or teen take the lead creates space for connection on their terms. It’s a way of saying, ‘I value you, I hear you, and I want to spend time doing what matters to you.’ These moments, no matter how small, remind them that they’re seen, loved, and deeply valued. 🤍Today’s Tip: Let Your Child Lead Spend 12 minutes letting your child choose the activity. • For younger kids, it might be playing pretend, coloring, or showing you their toys. • For older kids, it could be a favorite game, activity, or just chatting about something they love. • For teens, it might be watching a short clip they like, listening to their favorite song, or talking about what’s important to them. The goal isn’t about what you do—it’s about following their lead and giving them your full attention. If you haven’t started the challenge yet, today is the perfect day to jump in. It’s easy, fun, and completely child-led. To everyone who’s been joining daily, I love hearing about your moments of connection—let’s keep it going! 🫶🤍 #connectedparenting #parentingwithintention #parentingwithpurpose #boundariesarehealthy #boundsriesarebeautiful #parentcoach #postiveparenting #mindfulparenting #respectfulparenting #authoritativeparenting #miamipsychologist #balance #parentingteens #parentingtweens #parentchildrelationships #parentingwithpresence #12daysofpresence #familybonding #familyqualitytime

"I had the sweetest conversation with my boy about why I choose to shave my hair. It’s so important for our kids to understand that beauty comes in many forms, and everyone’s definition of it is unique. Beauty isn’t defined by what the media portrays—it’s about self-love and confidence in who we are. Let’s chat—has your definition of beauty evolved from when you were younger to who you are today? #ParentingMoments #RedefiningBeauty #SelfLove #ConfidenceIsKey #MotherhoodUnfiltered #ParentingWithPurpose #TeachThemYoung #BeautyInDiversity #HairJourney #LifeLessons #RaisingTheFuture @Cantu Beauty
🫶🤍Day 10 of the 12 Days of Presence Challenge! For those of you who’ve been here since the start, think about this: you’ve already gifted your child 108 minutes of your undivided attention. What an incredible gift! One that no one else can give for you! These are moments they’ll carry with them forever. 🫶🫶 If you haven’t joined yet, it’s not too late. Today’s challenge is the easiest one yet: all you need is your favorite song and 12 minutes to dance it out! Turn up the music, let go of the stress, and just have fun. It’s all about laughing, moving, and creating a moment of pure joy with your child (or anyone you love). Remember, you can adapt this with anyone you love and it’s never too late to give the gift of presence. 🎁 #connectedparenting #parentingwithintention #parentingwithpurpose #boundariesarehealthy #boundsriesarebeautiful #parentcoach #postiveparenting #mindfulparenting #respectfulparenting #authoritativeparenting #miamipsychologist #balance #parentingteens #parentingtweens #parentchildrelationships #parentingwithpresence #12daysofpresence #familybonding #familyqualitytime
How do you create self-confidence in children who are born into a successful family? We have the book Raising Mentally Strong Kids that was written by @doc_amen and he’s the person speaking in this video… I worked a lot as a kid and I know that it gave me mental toughness… I also know the struggle with my own children and wanting to help them, and learning when to just allow them to fail and ask them better questions rather than trying to solve everything. I am working in progress, but definitely better at this used to be. #parenting Want to live an extraordinary life?
