Grinder sliders are always the best + easiest option for game day or a quick weeknight meal 😋 when I say these are SOOOOO good! I mean it 🙌🏾 Ingredients: * Sliders: * Hawaiian rolls * Ham * Cheddar Cheese * Turkey Garlic Butter: * 1 tsp grated parmesan or Italian cheese * ¼ tsp Garlic powder * ½ tsp parsley * 3 tbsp melted butter Grinder Salad (topping, measure to desired amount): * ¼ c mayo * 2 tsp mustard * ¼ tsp salt * ¼ tsp black pepper * 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce * ¼ c banana peppers Instructions: 1. Use Hawaiian rolls or Hawaiian slider buns, for sandwiches. 2. Separate top and bottom buns on sheet pan 3. Line bottom buns with meats and cheese of your choice 4. Cover top buns with garlic butter mixture 5. Place sheet pan and oven on 350 or 5 to 10 minutes, until buns are toasted to desired level 6. While sliders are in oven, mix ingredients for grinder salad, and set aside 7. One sliders are out of oven allow 2 to 3 minutes to cool and top with grinder salad 8. Place top bun on sliders, slice and enjoy!
