Ingredients 1 cup of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise 1/2 block of cream cheese 3 whole diced jalapeños ½ cup chopped up chives 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tsp salt 1.5 tsp paprika 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dried oregano 1.5 tsp cayenne powder (or red chili powder) ½ cup panko breadcrumbs + 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp garlic powder + ½ tsp salt How to Make It 1. In a bowl, add the Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, cream cheese, jalapenos, chives, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and cayenne powder. 2. Mix it all up and bake for 20 minutes at 350F. 3. While the dip was baking, make the toasted breadcrumbs. Add 1 tbsp oil to a saucepan and heat up. Add the panko breadcrumbs + 1 tbsp garlic powder + ½ tsp salt and saute it on medium for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly. As soon as they get golden, set aside in a cup. 4. Once the dip is out, sprinkle with the toasted & it’s ready to serve.
