This dish will *mac* you very popular this holiday season. But really - the flavors of goat cheese, brie, rosemary and hot honey + pasta = to die forrrrr!!

I love my new @Instant Pot Rio Wide - the wide size of it is perfect and it was so easy to prep the entire macaroni dish all in one single pot. Brie + Goat Cheese Mac & Cheese with Rosemary Bread Crumbs and Hot Honey WHAT YOU NEED: for the mac and cheese- 1 lb small pasta shape of choice 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 3.5 cups water 1 cup heavy whipping cream 8 oz brie, no rind 8 oz goat cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella for the breadcrumbs- 4 tbsp butter 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary 1.5 cups sourdough bread crumbs WHAT TO DO 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Pour the pasta into the Instant Pot Rio Wide along with the water, salt and garlic powder. Use the manual setting to pressure cook for 4 minutes. Release the steam for a full minute. 3. While the pasta cooks, quickly melt the butter in a skillet and add the rosemary. Keep the heat on low and cook for 5ish minutes so that the rosemary flavor can saturate the butter. Pour the butter over the breadcrumbs and shake in a container with a lid to make sure all of the bread crumbs soak up the butter. 4. Remove the Instant Pot lid and quickly stir in the cheeses and cream. If things are not melting fast enough, you can always turn on the 'saute" setting for a minute or two to speed this part up. It should look really creamy, this is a good thing since we're going to bake it next! 5. Transfer the macaroni and cheese to a 9x11" baking dish. Top with the rosemary breadcrumbs and then bake uncovered in the oven for 20 minutes or until the breadcrumbs turn slightly golden. I like them to still be soft and not too crispy! 6. Drizzle the finished dish with spicy hot honey and serve hot.
