White rice (which is a white starch) is the rice id suggest to have less often as it is higher in glucose. Brown rice is a complex carb which is A OK to have! 1/2 cup serving and always with a protein & heart healthy fat to pair it with to avoid spike in blood sugar. None of my clients with PCOS go below 140 grams of carbs a day MINIMUM. Doing this can you help you save hundreds of calories especially if needing to eat out a couple times in one day. You can ask for light oil or no oil at all (which is what i did tonight since there was so much oil in my breakfast).
