Top the rice cake with peanut butter and banana slices. 2. Mix the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth. 3. Next, spread the melted chocolate into a thin layer over the rice cake and immediately sprinkle a little flaky sea salt over it. 4.
