I forgot how good this is 😭❤️ Recipe: 6 chicken leg quarters 4 tablespoons tomato paste 4 tablespoons mild pepper paste 1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon smoked paprika Juice of 2 lemons Olive oil Salt and pepper (I did change the seasonings a little) *adjust to your liking* -soak chicken with water, vinegar and lemon or lime juice for 25 min -rinse the chicken really good -cover the chicken with the marinade -add to a baking dish and add parchment paper and foil -cook on 400° for 1hr and 30 min covered -uncover and cook for another 30 min -paste all the chicken juices on to the chicken every few minutes -broil on high for 5 min until the top is brown Serve with some fries and garlic sauce and enjoy 🫶🏼 #chicken#Recipe#ArabTikTok#الشعب_الصيني_ماله_حل😂😂#middleeastern#pepperpaste#tomatopaste#chickenquarterlegs#EasyRecipe#DinnerIdeas#winnerwinnerchickendinner#chickenrecipe#bakedchicken#roastedchicken#garlicsauce#fries#tabouleh
