If there’s one thing I’m trying to do different here is show up more authentically with my IDGAF energy. It’s not that I haven’t been but I’ve held back because of something that happened on social media in 2023. Story time 👇🏼 I made an incredibly vulnerable post about how hard parenting is (especially my daughter). At first it was all support but then it hit the wrong crowd got reposted by a meme account and I received death threats towards my kids and awful disgusting google reviews. Thankfully I hit all them removed but one. Mind you at the time my home address was public on google for my Pilates studio 😱  This sent me into a panic attack and really was the start to my anxiety at the end of 2023 into early 2024. In my 20s, my workouts looked like:

I might actually have a torn labrum in my hip not a strain… anyone ever dealt with this type of injury or had surgery to repair it? It’s been 6 weeks and it’s not feeling any different so upper body back and arms it is!
