(If you're ready to start your Pinterest Management business and get my 1:1 support, comment "START" to attend my next free live training!) Let me just preface these steps by saying that I had an aversion to cold pitching when I first started my business... I was worried about being "annoying", "pushy", or anything like that... However, once I started offering Pinterest ads, I realized I was having a harder time finding clients (I didn't have trouble finding clients for organic management). This is when I decided to put my head down on pitching because if I wasn't finding leads in the places I had been before.. I had to try something new. And guess what... IT WORKED! And it was exciting, and empowering... and because I pitched the RIGHT way... it didn't feel annoying or pushy. It felt authentic, because it was. Here's the steps I followed when cold pitching (and what helped me land dream clients) 1. I focused on 2-3 niches that I was really interested in working with (I had the most success with teacher business owners) 2. I researched businesses that I would like to work with and that could benefit from my services and started making a list of email contacts to reach out 3. I crafted and spent a good amount of time writing emails to these contacts and sharing: a) why I was reaching out and genuinely excited about their business b) shared why Pinterest is a must for them now c) I ended the email by sparking their curiosity and sharing that I had a personalized document that I had created for their business that showed them what type of ROI Pinterest could yield for their unique business (this helped open conversation!) 4. Follow up! You MUST have a follow-up system if you're going to spend time pitching Want more help with this so you can land dream clients at premium prices?
