Check out my “PMDD Supplements” tab for more! 💜 These are just a few supplements that support mental health, oxidative stress, histamine intolerance, inflammation, and more - all things that contribute to worsened PMDD! Remember, not one thing is going to “fix” PMDD, but its about noticing every little change. 🙌🏻✨ And if you find something that works for you, then you can start targeting the mechanisms that are contributing to your PMDD! (i.e. if antihistamines help, then a low histamine diet and addressing that side of things could bring even more relief!) 💜💜💜 Always discuss with a doctor before starting supplements, as they can interact with other drugs or cause adverse effects. Always take it one at a time and take it slow, listening to your body. I recommend keeping a journal! 💜
