My biggest tips for toning up postpartum👇🏽 1. Focus on ADDING more protein to your diet. Protein is the most satiating macronutrients, so simply focusing on adding more of it to your diet, will help you build and maintain muscle as well as curb hunger. I still eat dessert EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. No restrictions around here 🙅🏻‍♀️ 2. Learn how to strengthen your core from within. Understand 360-degree diaphragmatic breathing + how to properly activate your pelvic floor to engage your deep core in your workouts BEFORE doing exercises like the ones shown here. I teach all of this in detail in my postpartum program on the @buildandburnco app!! It’s a 10-week program you can start whether you’re 2 weeks or 2 years postpartum to transform your total core!  3. Stay consistent with short + effective workouts. Work smarter, not harder by using both HIIT and strength training in progressive overload format for maximum results, just 30 minutes ~3-4 days a week is all you need. And the absolute craziest thing is I did it all at home… with just dumbbells… and in only 30-minutes a day 🤌🏽 combine that with a high protein diet & some moderate consistency and I PROMISE you will see results.
