If you had told me 2 years ago that my mental health would feel this good—calm, balanced, and out of the constant fight-or-flight mode—I wouldn’t have believed you. I tried everything. For years, I struggled with anxiety, exhaustion, and mood swings. Every supplement, every therapy, every suggestion—I gave it a shot. NOTHING WORKED. Then, 2 years ago, everything changed. I started learning about the connection between stress, mental health, and mineral deficiencies. Your body’s stress response (hello, cortisol overload) is deeply tied to magnesium levels—and most of us are severely deficient. It clicked. No wonder I felt like my body and brain were stuck in overdrive. That’s when I created the Magic Magnesium Power Pair to target stress, inflammation, and anxiety naturally. These two products work together to replenish your magnesium levels while supporting your body’s ability to heal from burnout. Within days of starting, I felt calmer, slept better, and finally felt like myself. Over the weeks, it became clear—I wasn’t just surviving anymore, I was thriving. But it didn’t just stop with me. My kids, especially my anxious ones, started using it too, and the results have been incredible. Their big emotions became more manageable, they were less irritable, and their ability to focus improved. It’s made such a difference for our whole family. This isn’t just about me—every mom, every parent, and every child deserves to feel this good. If you’re stuck in fight-or-flight, overwhelmed, or constantly stressed, this might be the missing piece for you too. If you’re ready to try it or just curious about how it works, click the link in my bio. #mentalhealthsupport #momlifeunfiltered #anxietysupport #holistichealth #StressRelief #magnesiumdeficiency #fightorflight #holisticwellness #momselfcare #postpartumhealing #naturalmentalhealth #parentingjourney #realmomlife #cortisolbalance #burnoutrecovery #holisticmedicine #anxietyrelief #stressmanagement #momsupportmoms #guthealthmatters #kidsanxietysupport

2024: A Year to Remember 🥰 This year has been full of milestones, growth, and unforgettable memories. Some of the most significant ones include: 🌸 Year of Mei Mei: After three years of infertility treatments, we welcomed our precious girl into our family and she is such a blessing to all of us. We can’t believe she’s almost 1! 💪 Postpartum Healing: Rebuilding after a C-section and diastasis, I had to start from a very debilitated state and work myself back up to being able to SIT UP unassisted. Shoutout to my trainer for helping me and Matt for finally convincing me to commit. 👩‍💻 Career Growth: Learning to balance motherhood with my career; I felt guilty working and felt guilty not working 🤣 It’s a work in progress, but launching a podcast for working moms talking about how we “make it work” behind the scenes has been a major highlight. ✈️ Work Adventures: Exciting trips to London (big launch coming soon!), NYC, LA, Austin, and Cincinnati but what I loved most was connecting with my colleagues around the world 🎎 Japan Trip: A rare and special getaway with my mom and brother 🏡 Family Togetherness: Successfully convinced our entire family—parents, in-laws, and my brother’s family —to move to Washington. It finally feels like home here now. 👦 Dotori’s Growth: Watching him thrive as a big brother, becoming more social and creative, tackling advanced LEGO sets, and creating beautiful artwork. 🌲 Seattle Life: Three years in, we’ve built a community through our neighborhood and church and we are really enjoying our new lives here. 2024 was a year of challenges but also so much joy and love. Feeling extremely grateful and excited to see what 2025 will bring! Happy New Year! #YearInReview #FamilyFirst #InfertilityJourney #PostpartumHealing #WorkingMomLife #SeattleLife #2025ready

THINGS I DID IN MY POSTPARTUM THAT ACTUALLY WORKED (and the one thing I kept doing that totally didn’t) I let myself accept help. No, not just the “let me know if you need anything” type of help. I straight-up told people exactly what I needed—like holding the baby while I showered, folding my mountain of laundry, or delivering tacos to my door. People want to help, but they don’t know how unless you tell them. I prioritized nutrition over convenience. Listen, I get it—grabbing chips and coffee is way easier when you’re drowning in spit-up and sleep deprivation. But fueling myself with real, nutrient-packed meals (shoutout to Mama Meals!) made such a huge difference in my energy and healing. And you can save on them too—use my discount code VIBRANT at checkout! Want to try them? Click the link in my bio to check them out. I made a flexible routine, not a strict schedule. Instead of stressing over wake windows or timing naps perfectly, I focused on patterns—eat, play, sleep-ish. Babies are wildcards, and trying to control every second just made me feel more anxious. I let the house stay messy. Dishes in the sink, toys everywhere—it’s all part of this season. Instead of wearing myself out trying to keep it Pinterest-perfect, I focused on the important stuff—like connecting with my baby and sneaking in rest. I said YES to babywearing. I wore my baby pretty much all day (I’m convinced I could’ve done an obstacle course with her strapped to me). It kept her calm, gave me free hands, and gave me the closeness I needed to feel grounded. I prioritized postpartum supplements that kept me feeling human. The Magic Magnesium Power Pair is my go-to for mental health and energy. I also love Greens from Boobies (use code VIBRANT for a discount!) and my favorite protein shake from Prestige Labs. These made a huge difference in how I felt physically and mentally during recovery. You can find the links for all of these in my bio. …and the one thing I kept doing that didn’t help? Scrolling Instagram late at night. Oh, the doom scrolling. Seeing moms with their perfect postpartum glow, spotless houses, and jeans on at 3 weeks postpartum (HOW?) didn’t inspire me—it just made me feel worse. I finally started setting my phone down and focusing on what my postpartum looked like. Want the links to all my postpartum wellness must-haves? Every postpartum before this one was a struggle—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I felt drained, anxious, and stuck in survival mode. But this time, something’s different. For the first time, I feel balanced, calm, and capable of soaking in the moments with my baby instead of just making it through the day. The difference? The Magic Magnesium Power Pair. I created it out of desperation when anxiety and depression were consuming me after previous pregnancies. I discovered that deficiencies in magnesium, sodium, potassium, and other key nutrients were fueling my symptoms—and when I corrected those deficiencies, everything started to change. This postpartum has been a completely different experience because I’ve been intentional about supporting my body and mind in a way I never had before. If you’re struggling in the 4th trimester—or even beyond—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to just survive. 💬 Click the link in my bio to learn how the Magic Magnesium Power Pair can help you enjoy YOUR journey, too. #postpartumjourney #fourthtrimester #magnesiumbenefits #holisticpostpartum #postpartumhealing #mommentalhealth #anxietyrelief #depressionhelp #naturalremedies #hormonebalance #postpartumanxiety #postpartumdepression #maternalwellness #healingnaturally #holisticwellness #selfcareformoms #magnesiumforanxiety #motherhoodjourney #wellnessformoms #mentalhealthmatters #postpartumwellness
The postpartum period isn’t broken because you can’t handle it. It’s broken because society expects you to do it all—alone. Pregnancy and postpartum aren’t meant to be tackled solo. We need a revolution that puts the responsibility of support back where it belongs: on our village, on our partners, and on the systems we build to help us thrive. One of the most common questions I get is about managing postpartum anxiety and depression. I know how overwhelming it can feel because I’ve been there. That’s why I created the Magic Magnesium Power Pair—to help moms heal naturally. This supplement is designed to support your mental health, reduce stress, and bring balance back into your life when you need it most. I share tips, education, and resources to make pregnancy and postpartum easier—because moms deserve to heal, rest, and feel good again. From nutrition and supplements to mental health tools, I’ve got you covered. Want to explore my go-to supplements and resources? Soup: It’s warm, comforting, and packed with everything your body needs to recover after birth. In Chinese medicine, warm fluids are a must after having a baby. They help your body heal, improve blood flow, and keep your digestion happy. Soups and stews, especially ones with long-cooked meats, are amazing for building back strength after blood loss. The minerals from the meat and veggies in soup do so much for you! they fight anemia, keep you hydrated, and even support your milk supply. Add fiber-rich ingredients like mushrooms or leafy greens, and you’re also helping your gut and overall health (bonus: a strong gut supports mental health, too). If you’re breastfeeding, staying nourished and hydrated is key. When you’re well-fed, your body has an easier time making milk, and soup checks both those boxes. So grab a bowl, toss in some veggies, meat, maybe a little ginger or garlic, and let it work its magic. #soup #postpartum #chinesemedicine #postpartumhealing #postpartumjourney #breastfeeding #breastfeedingtips

“Each placenta is different and each person has different needs, therefore the benefits are likely to be different for each individual person. We have heard everything, from increased energy and milk supply to radiant skin and hair. The important thing to remember is that the placenta is not a highly regulated drug — it is nutrition. Like most things you ingest, there are chemical compounds, minerals, vitamins, and even hormones that will have an effect on your body.” #Certifiedplacentaencapsulator #placentaspecialist #placentaencapsulation #placentapills #placentacapsules #placenta #postpartumhealing #postpartumrecovery #postpartum #naturalbirthhealing #naturalbirth #midwestplacentaencapsulation #healthypregnancy #midwestplacenta #encapsulateitdonttrashit #placentophagy

The beautiful, symbiotic relationship between a mother and her baby is truly something extraordinary. Breastfeeding not only nurtures the baby but also significantly aids in the healing of the mother. During breastfeeding, mothers can feel their uteruses contracting back into place, promoting quicker postpartum recovery. It’s amazing how our bodies are designed to support us in this journey. 🫃🏾 Beyond the physical healing, breastfeeding fosters an emotional bond that’s unmatched. The skin-to-skin contact, the eye contact, the warmth—it all fuels the release of hormones that promote bonding and wellbeing for both mother and baby. ❤️🍼 Even when the skin-to-skin days transition into clothing-to-clothing moments, the heartbeat, the warmth, and the touch continue to offer comfort and regulate the baby’s homeostasis, supporting their development in profound ways. 🌱💕 Let’s celebrate this incredible connection and acknowledge the wonderful benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and child! #CalledToMarriage #BreastfeedingJourney #Motherhood #PostpartumHealing #BabyDevelopment #Parenting #family #fyp
