Au Gratin Potatoes πŸ“•Recipe here:  ❂ Ingredients:  2.5 lb Yellow Potatoes 200g. Bacon 1 Yellow Onion 50g. Cruyere  cheese 50g. Fontina cheese  50g. Parmesan cheese 2 cups Heavy Cream 1 Roasted head of Garlic 2 Tbsp Butter  Salt/Pepper to taste Fresh Thyme Chives ❂ Cooking process:   ⁃ Preheat oven to 400˚F. Grease a casserole dish.  ⁃ Grate 2mm thinly slice potatoes – using a mandolins.   ⁃ Fry bacon with onions.  ⁃ Grate three cheeses.  ⁃ Combine Gruyere, Fontina, Parmesan cheeses and heavy cream. Cheesy Taco Skillet… This recipe is so fulfilling. I topped mine with black beans, pico, guacamole, sour cream and taco sauce. You already know it was a 10/10!  _________________ Recipe will be added to my website - lovemissmo.com I changed my mind… here’s the recipe Ground beef Yellow potatoes Taco seasoning of choice Ranch seasoning  Taco sauce Pico Guacamole Black beans  Clean and dry your potatoes and cut into cube sized bites. Season with 1/2 taco seasoning packet & ranch seasoning. Place potatoes on baking sheet and place in oven on 400Β° for 45mins-1hour, depending on how soft you want them.  Chop and cook onions and bell peppers in skillet until fragrant. Remove and set aside. Cook your ground beef in skillet until browned. Add other half of taco seasoning (add more if you desire), 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Cover and let simmer on low for 3 mins. Add in veggies and mix well.  Remove potatoes from oven and incorporate 1/2 of them into meat mixture. Add the other layer to top of mixture and top with cheese. Place skillet in oven on 400Β° for 5-6 minutes until the cheese melts.
