Telling my husband he is going to be a Dad for the first time! It had been 24hrs since I had confirmed at the doctors office that I was indeed pregnant. Let’s just say I took plenty of them at home and I was in denial so I called the doctor and went in the next day to get blood work and do a test there. I had hours to figure out how I was going to tell him, since we were hopping on a flight early that next day. So I ran to the store and got baby Nike shoes. His birthday happened to also land on this day. Look at God give him the best gift yet! The funny thing was that he opened the little shoe box and it didn’t hit him. It wasn’t until he saw the positive written on the doctors results that it finally hit! I feel so blessed to have a wonderful husband but an even better partner. Can’t wait to see him become a dad!
