✨Here’s some ways you can get intentional with your movement for this first week of the New Year ✨ Be sure to move slowly, breathing through each pose. Allow your breath to guide the pace of your movement. Ask yourself these questions below to release some of the things you want to leave in the last year and begin to cultivate your highest self for #2025 ✨start your practice with focusing your awareness on the exhale /passing of the breath. ✨ask yourself how do I feel physically? How do I feel emotionally? Not in depth, just notice where you’re at. ✨now turn your attention inward and ask what needs to be released? What is no longer serving me? What qualities do I have that are keeping me from my highest self? ✨Now take 3 releasing breaths to symbolize that you are releasing these things and will be safe and okay if you let them go. ✨Now ask what personal qualities you do want to bring into the New Year? (Self-love, patience, grace, confidence) ✨Imagine yourself with these qualities and what it feels like coming from this place. ✨Envision yourself as your best and highest self. What does that look like? What are you doing? Know that you can be that! Feel it with every cell in your body. ✨Finally, when you sit in this feeling, does a word or mantra come to mind? Allow this mantra to be your focus for 2025. + remember that you are creating this mantra to help guide your daily actions to become better. Sending much love and light your way! #amybizalwellness #prenatalyoga #pregnancyyoga #pregnancyyogateacher #yogaforpregnancy #prenatalyogateacher #yogateacher #newyear
