Replying to @? If we hang out IRL, there’s a pretty high chance you’ve eaten this with a fork straight out of the pan at my kitchen table. It’s one of the best things I make, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to take it out of my regular baking rotation.
All you need is one can of chickpeas, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional chai spice all blended smooth.
Spread your mixture out in a greased pan (I used a tart tin) and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes, let cool, and enjoy!
It’s high fiber, has more protein than the average dessert, is filled with minerals, and is absolutely delicious.
