Copycat Ben’s Chili Bowl Half Smokes 🌭 You need this for game day. 🏈 Get my recipe below ⬇️ or on uncledibbz.com [Link in Bio]  Ingredients For the Chili Sauce: 	•	2 lbs ground beef 	•	1 medium onion, roughly chopped 	•	1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices) 	•	3 cloves garlic, minced 	•	2 cups beef broth 	•	1/4 cup tomato paste 	•	3 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Big Chili Style Seasoning 	•	2 tbsp oil (for sautéing) For the Half-Smokes: 	•	8 half-smoke sausages (pork and beef blend) 	•	8 hot dog buns, steamed Toppings: 	•	1 medium white onion, finely chopped 	•	Yellow mustard Instructions 1. Prepare the Chili Sauce 	1.	Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 	2.	Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. 	3.	Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. 	4.	Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned. 	5.	Stir in tomato paste and diced tomatoes (with juices). Mix well. 	6.	Sprinkle in Uncle Dibbz Big Chili Style Seasoning and smoked paprika (if using). Stir for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors. 	7.	Add beef broth, stir, and bring to a simmer. 	8. Remove from the griddle and set aside. 3. Steam the Buns 	1.	Wrap hot dog buns in foil and place them in a warm oven (200°F) for 5-7 minutes. 	2.	Alternatively, use a steaming basket on the stovetop to soften the buns. 4. Assemble the Chili Half-Smokes 	1.	Place a grilled sausage in each steamed bun. 	2.	Top each sausage with chopped white onion. 	3.	Drizzle yellow mustard over the onions. 	4. You can find me on the other a p p for more recipes and more content 💛 Full recipes always in the captions - see you over there! ✨ Vegetable Fried Rice  1 tbsp avocado oil 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1 small onion, chopped 1 cup frozen peas & carrots blend  3 garlic cloves, minced  1/2 tsp ground ginger 3 eggs, beaten 4 cups rice, cooked (leftover works best)  3 green onions, thinly sliced  1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos  In a large skillet over medium high, heat oils. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add garlic, ginger, peas & carrots, and cook for about 2 minutes. Push vegetables to one side of the skillet, add the eggs to the other side, and cook to scramble, stirring as necessary. Add rice, green onion, drizzle with soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Cook for a few more minutes, until incorporated and cooked through. 15 Minute Mongolian Beef (full recipe ⬇️) Ingredients: 1lb Ground Beef 12oz Pasta, spaghetti 5 Cloves Garlic 3 Green Onions 1/3C Soy Sauce 1/2C Beef Broth 3T Hoisin 1/4C Brown Sugar 1/2t Red Pepper Flakes 1t Ginger Sesame Seeds Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta to Al dente. Mix the sauce together (soy, broth, hoisin, sugar, red pepper flakes). Cook the beef, then add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute, pour in the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and add the noodles. Crispy chicken dumplings 🥟  This is an easy hack to make crispy dumplings using rice paper instead of traditional dumpling wrappers and they are so delicious!  200g minced chicken  2 spring onion, sliced  1 knob of ginger, minced 1 garlic clove, minced  1 small handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce Pinch of black pepper  Rice paper  Olive oil  Dipping sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp rice vinegar  1 tsp sesame oil  1 tsp chilli oil 1. Stir together the minced chicken, spring onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, sesame oil, soy sauce, and black pepper.  2. Dip a sheet of rice paper into room temperature water for a few seconds until beginning to soften (don’t over soak as they will continue to soften). 3. Cut the rice paper sheet into quarters.  4. Add a spoonful of the chicken mixture to the centre and fold the rice paper over the filling to seal it in. 5. Repeat until you’ve used up all of the mixture.  6. Put a non-stick pan on medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.  7. When hot, add the dumplings and pan fry for a couple of minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked and the rice paper becomes golden and crispy.  8.
