Add in half cup of water and mix, only use more water a spoonful at a time just until the dough comes together. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes and make the filling in the meantime. For the filling: Crush the cumin and coriander seeds into a rough powder. Add a teaspoon of ghee in hot pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté just until translucent. Now add the crushed cumin and coriander seeds along with the rest of the spices listed above. Cook for about 30 seconds and then turn the flame off. Add the boiled potatoes along with green chilies and cilantro . Mash half of the potatoes using a potato masher, then switched to a wooden spoon. Mix everything until welcome combined taste and adjust salt if needed. Set aside to completely cool. Now let's work on the dough again, this time using moistened hands just to knead the dough for 5 to 6 minutes until it comes together and becomes kind of smooth. Make tight dough balls and rest them covered with plastic wrap for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes using some flour roll the dough balls into oblong roti. Set them all on top of each other and then fold the top one and half make an indentation and cut them with a sharp knife. Fill all the pastry halves with the cool potato mixture following the directions in the video. Fry the Samosa at in oil heated to 350°F for 5 to 8 minutes. Everyone who tasted it loved it 🤩 If you have a gathering or going somewhere, take it with you; it won't cost you 500 thousand pounds like the desserts being sold nowadays 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️ Ingredients for a 24 cm mold: Syrup: 1 cup sugar - 1 and 1/4 cups water - lemon juice - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Kunafa: 500 grams kunafa dough 1/2 cup butter or ghee Cream layer: 1 cup whipped cream (or substitute with Cream shanti ) 400 grams cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 can cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup diced mango For decoration: Pureed mango - toasted kunafa - pistachios - dried rose petals 1. First, prepare the syrup by heating it until it boils for about five minutes, so it's light and not too heavy 🫠 2. Spread the softened butter or ghee over finely shredded kunafa dough, ensuring it's well coated, and toast it in a large pan over medium heat until golden and crispy 🤩 3. Pour the syrup over it, around 4 tablespoons or enough to make it hold together without being soggy, then set aside a little for decoration 😉 4. Arrange it in the mold, pressing it firmly like a cookie crust in a regular cheesecake, and let it cool on the side 😌 5. In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, or use whipped cream, then set it aside 🫰 6. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla until well combined, then fold in the whipped cream and mix thoroughly 🤝 7. Optionally, add frozen or fresh diced mango cubes to the mixture for added flavor 🥰 8. Cover it well and refrigerate for four hours or overnight until set; its consistency will be creamier than baked cheesecake, so don't worry if it's not too firm ☺️ 9. Decorate with pureed mango, sprinkle toasted kunafa around the edges, top with pistachios and dried rose petals, and arrange dried rose petals in the center for a beautiful look 😍 That's it! Try it out; it tastes amazing and much better than anything store-bought ♥️ Ramadan Kareem 🌙 #Ramadan #RamadanMubarak #Recipe

Grind white pepper, cumin, coriander, and black cumin together to make the spice mix. Mix the chicken, onions, cilantro, chilies, ginger, garlic, along with all the spices listed above, and heavy cream. Mix everything together really well, knead it for at least 6 to 8 minutes until it becomes a little sticky. Rest in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours at least and up to 48 hours. Kebabs can be grilled on the skewers, air fried, baked in the oven or made on a frying pan like I did. Heat a small bit of oil in a frying pan. For patties and then fry them until their golden brown on both sides. Enjoy with naan, salad and a green chutney #recipes #kebab #kebabs #chickenkebab #chicken #Ramadan #RamadanMubarak #fyp #ramadanrecipes #ramadan2025🕌❤️🕋
