Chicken Spring Rolls 2 lbs ground chicken thighs 2 lbs shredded cabbage  1 lb shredded carrots  1 tablespoon for the veggies (this salt gets washed off) 2 tablespoons oil  1 large onion, chopped  1 tablespoon freshly chopped garlic  2 tablespoons soy sauce  1 teaspoon white pepper powder  1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes  2 chicken cubes, blended into powder  1 tablespoon sugar  1/2 teaspoon MSG 1 bunch chopped scallions (6) 1 tablespoon sesame oil  2 tablespoons cornstarch  2 packs spring rolls pastry For the glue 1/4 cup all purpose flour  2 oz water Instructions: Add shredded cabbage and carrots into a large bowl, add a tablespoon of salt and mix it all together. Set it aside for 30 minutes. Thoroughly wash the cabbage and carrot mix with water about three times to wash off all the salt. Then drain it really well making sure to squeeze out any water and put it in a paper towel line bowl or tray. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.  Add the chopped garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.  Add the ground chicken thigh and mix it really well to break up the chicken.  Brown the chicken and add the soy sauce and mix it well. Add the white pepper and red crush chili. Give it a good mix.  Add cabbage and carrot mix sugar chicken powder and MSG and mix everything until welcome combined. Make sure you're doing all this on high heat. Now add scallions sesame oil. And cornstarch cook for about a minute and remove from heat transfer to a large container and cool it completely before filling. To fill the pastries, add about a tablespoon of filling on one corner of the pastry and fold it in three times until it reaches half of the pastry. Then put the glue on and fold the sides in now tightly fold it until it's completely rolled. Lay them flat and a freezer bag and freeze them. Replying to @shana34 Here's the recipe for Aloo Samosa Dough: 1/2 cup ghee 1/2 cup water plus 1/4 cup for kneading to use a spoon at time to make sure to not over wet the dough  1 teaspoon salt  1/2 teaspoon ajwain  4 cups flour  Filling: 2.5 lbs potatoes, peeled and boiled  1 large onion, chopped  1 teaspoon ghee 1 tablespoon coriander seeds  I tablespoon cumin seeds  1 tablespoon crushed chili pepper, use less for mild  1 teaspoon red chili powder, use less for mild  1 tablespoon amchoor  1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder  1-1..5 teaspoon salt or to taste  3-4 green chilies , chopped  1 cup cilantro, chopped  Instructions for dough: Mix in the salt and ajwain into the flour and add warmed up ghee.  Mix well by rubbing between the palms of your hands until the mixture resembles wet sand.  Add in half cup of water and mix, only use more water a spoonful at a time just until the dough comes together.  Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 30 minutes and make the filling in the meantime.  For the filling: Crush the cumin and coriander seeds into a rough powder.  Add a teaspoon of ghee in hot pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté just until translucent. Now add the crushed cumin and coriander seeds along with the rest of the spices listed above. Cook for about 30 seconds and then turn the flame off.  Add the boiled potatoes along with green chilies and cilantro . Mash half of the potatoes using a potato masher, then switched to a wooden spoon.  Mix everything until welcome combined taste and adjust salt if needed.  Set aside to completely cool. Now let's work on the dough again, this time using moistened hands just to knead the dough for 5 to 6 minutes until it comes together and becomes kind of smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and set it aside to rest for another 30 seconds. Once the dough has rested for another 30 minutes, divide it into 10 equal balls. They should come to around 75-76g each.  Make tight dough balls and rest them covered with plastic wrap for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes using some flour roll the dough balls into oblong roti.  Set them all on top of each other and then fold the top one and half make an indentation and cut them with a sharp knife.  Fill all the pastry halves with the cool potato mixture following the directions in the video. Fry the Samosa at in oil heated to 350°F for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oil and drain them on a cooling rack. Cool them for at least one to two hours so they are completely cool to prevent steaming. You can store them in a Ziploc bag or a plastic container for in the freezer for 2 to 3 months.  Defrost them for an hour before using. A few days ago I shared a recipe for Chapli Kebab Spring Rolls. The meat mixture from those rolls can be used in two different make-ahead recipes (double the reward!), and this is the second one! Today’s Ramadan Recipe is Cheesy Chapli Kebab Parathas. This recipe can be made with frozen store bought parathas, and can be prepped ahead of time and frozen. I roll them out and use the plastic they come in to stack them, then store in a ziplock bag. When you’re ready to enjoy, you just need to fry them up, so they’re the perfect thing to have in the freezer for Ramadan. برياني اللحم❤️ كوب الا ربع زيت ٤ اكواب ارز بسمتي بصلتين  ٤ فصوص ثوم كبار نصف حبه فلفل رومي ٥ حبات طماطم مقطعه جنزبيل فريش ملح معلقه صغيره فلفل اسود معلقتين كبار كاري معلقه كبيره بهارات لحمه او السبع بهارات عود قرفه عصير ليمونتين كوب زبادي لحم قطع حزمه كسبره نعناع فريش مفروم اربع عيدان طريقة العمل: في قدر على النار، يُضاف الزيت يُضاف البصل المقطع إلى القدر، ويُقلّب حتى يصبح لونه ذهبيًا ثم يرفع ف طبق خارجي يفرم الثوم والزنجبيل والفلفل الرومي معا يحمرو ف نفس الزيت حتى تفوح رائحتهما. تُضاف الطماطم المفرومه إلى القدر، وتُقلّب مع الخليط حتى تذبل وتصبح طرية. يضاف حزء من البصل المحمر مع الطماطم تُضاف البهارات ثم يُقلّب الخليط. نزود ماء ونتركها تتسبك قليلا ثم يُضاف الزبادي وعصير الليمون  تضاف جزء من حزنه الكزبره المفرومه والنعناع نضيف اللحم ونزود ماء ونتركه على نار متوسطة حتى ينضج تمامًا. تحضير الأرز: في قدر آخر، يُغلى الماء مع قليل من الزيت والملح، ثم يُضاف الأرز البسمتي المغسول والمُنقوع مسبقًا، ويُترك حتى يُسلق نصف سلق غلوه واحده تكفي تجهيز طبقات البرياني: في قدر واسع، تُوضع طبقة من الأرز، ثم تُضاف طبقة من خليط اللحم، والكزبره والبصل المحمر والنعناع ثم تُكرر الطبقات حتى تنتهي الكمية. يُمكن إضافة البصل المحمّر على الوجه لمزيد من النكهة. التسوية النهائية: يُغطى القدر بإحكام ويُترك على نار متوسطه لمده 10 دقايق ثم نار هاديه  لمدة 30 دقيقة حتى يتشرب الأرز النكهات ويكتمل الطهي. يُقدّم البرياني ساخنًا مع سلطة الزبادي أو اللبن الرائب، ويُزين بالبصل المحمر والمكسرات حسب الرغبة. سلطه الزبادي: كوب زبادي نعناع فريش مفروم ملح- فلفل بشر ليمونه #ناديه_السيد #nadiaelsayed #نادية_السيد #برياني #برياني_لحم #biryani #beefbiriyani #meatbiryani #برياني_دجاج #chikenbiryani #ramadan2025 #tiktokcookbook #ramadanrecipes #biryanii

Cheesy chicken potato croquettes 1 pound boiled potatoes 1 pound cooked and shredded chicken breast. 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese. 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 4 chopped scallions 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped Salt, to taste  1 tablespoon crushed red chili chili pepper flakes, or useless for mild 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon black pepper. For dredging 2 eggs beaten 1 cup all purpose, flour 1-1.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs. Instructions. Mixed together all the ingredients for the croquettes and form them into patties. Replying to @AnisMummy3  Thank you all for loving my food and being so kind to me ❤️❤️ Beef Samosa recipe Ingredients for filling: 2 pounds ground beef, or lamb, mutton if you don't like beef  1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. 1.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste  1 cup water 1 tablespoon coriander, seeds 1 tablespoon cumin seeds 1 tablespoon crushed chili peppers flakes. 1 teaspoon red chili powder, use less for mild 1 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 2 large onions, chopped 2 tablespoons cornstarch  2 jalapeños or green chilies, chopped 1 cup cilantro, chopped  Ingredients for pastry dough: 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ajwain, aka caraway seeds 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup ghee, warmed. 3/4 cup water, plus a little extra for kneading. Instructions. Brown the ground meat in a hot pan on high heat, making sure to break it up. Add ginger, garlic paste and water, then cover and simmer it on low for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender. Crush coriander and cumin scenes together and add them into the beef along with all the spices listed above. Cook until all the moisture evaporates, then add chopped onions and cook just until translucent. This should take about five minutes. Add cornstarch and cook for a minute and turn off the flame. Add green chilies and cilantro, mix everything together really well and set it aside to cool completely. Instructions for the dough. Mix together flour, ajwain, and salt.  Add warmed up ghee and mix it until the mixture looks like wet sand. Add water a little at a time and mix the dough just until it comes together. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to rest for 30 minutes. After resting for 30 minutes, need the dough for 30 seconds to 1 minute using wet hands if needed. Divide the dough into 10 equal size balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes. Roll all the dough balls into oblong shaped roti. Put them on top of each other fold the top one in half to make a mark, then cut them in and the pastry is ready. Shape and fill the samosas like shown in the video or how ever you like. Fry samosas for 5 to 8 minutes until lightly golden brown then remove them from the oil. Cool them on a cooling rack and then either freeze them or refrigerate them for up to three days.  Fry until golden brown and crispy.  Serve with sweet and green chutney. Note: A lot of people have told me in comments that they freeze their samosas after filling and defrost and fry them as needed. Totally cheesy and cringe as kids put it but damn I lOVE KEBABS and I am ready to confess  Chicken Reshmi Kebab ngredients: 2.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs, keep the fat on 2 large onions 6-8 green chilies  1 tablespoon freshly ground ginger  1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic  1/4 cup slivered almonds  10 garlic cloves 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste  1-1 1/2 tablespoons crushed pepper flakes  1/2 teaspoon MSG 1 teaspoon cumin seeds  1/2 teaspoon black cumin, Shah Zeera 1 tablespoon coriander  1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper  1/2 cup heavy cream  Oil for frying  Instructions. Cut this chicken thighs, keeping the fat on into small pieces. Add the chicken into a food processor and process until minced. Process onions in the food processor, then drain them using a kitchen towel making sure to squeeze out all the liquid. Now mince cilantro and green chilies in the food processor as well. Grind white pepper, cumin, coriander, and black cumin together to make the spice mix. Mix the chicken, onions, cilantro, chilies, ginger, garlic, along with all the spices listed above, and heavy cream. Mix everything together really well, knead it for at least 6 to 8 minutes until it becomes a little sticky. Rest in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours at least and up to 48 hours. Kebabs can be grilled on the skewers, air fried, baked in the oven or made on a frying pan like I did. Heat a small bit of oil in a frying pan. For patties and then fry them until their golden brown on both sides. Halal Cart - chicken over rice | so flavorful and super easy to make! Adding this to my Ramadan rotation.   recipe: chicken marinade:  2.5 lbs chicken thighs  4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp ginger paste 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbsp tomato paste Juice of a small lemon 2 tbsp 7 spice 1 tbsp paprika 1.5 tsp cumin 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp black pepper  1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cinnamon  Drizzle of olive oil  —Marinate for at least 2 hours for best results!  rice: 1 tbsp butter  1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder  1 tbsp tomato pasta  2 cups basmati rice, washed & drained 3 cups chicken stock  —cook rice as you normally would. I let it boil then turn it down to the lowest setting (covered) for 25 min.  white sauce: 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 cup Greek yogurt juice of a lemon 1.5 tsp black pepper 1.5 tsp dill  1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp sugar Water to thin out as needed (I ended up using about 1 cup) Salt to taste —I used an immersion blender to mix, but you could also just whisk it by hand! enjoy :)  #DinnerIdeas #halalcart #chickenandrice #ramadanrecipes
