YOU’LL NEED: -1 (5 oz) bag sweet potato chips -1 (8 oz) block sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded -1 c cooked, shredded chicken -3 T Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Sauce -1/4 c, plus 1 T Ken’s Ranch Dressing, divided, plus extra for dipping -6 strips cooked bacon, chopped -1 tsp milk -Thinly sliced chives or green onions, for garnish Spread the chips onto a baking sheet, slightly overlapping them. Sprinkle generously with the cheddar. Stir together the chicken, buffalo sauce, and 1 T of ranch. Sprinkle it over the cheese. Add chopped bacon on top, then bake at 425°F until the cheese is hot and melty, about 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, stir together 1/4 c ranch with 1 tsp milk to make it drizzleable.
