#ResponsibleBreeding emphasizes ethical pet care. It promotes health testing, genetic awareness, and prioritizing animal welfare over profit. Encourages finding loving homes, discouraging backyard breeding, and supporting reputable breeders.
Breeding large dogs like Boerboels and Corso without understanding the full responsibility isn’t a trend to follow. These dogs often end up with trainers fixing behavioral issues. #DogTraining #BreedAwareness #DogBehavior #ResponsibleBreeding #NoBadDogs
Watch this girl learn how to engage with me as she grows up. Watch me teach her how to retrieve, to use her nose, to be calm on the bite…Watch me teach this girl to stand for a cookie and look pretty in the ring. Watch me teach this girl how to use all of the best part of her that her genetics will allow. This is breeding. You might not like that I crossed a working line female with a showline stud…get over it. This is my breeding, my goals…my choices. We wouldn’t have such a breed split if ya’ll would be willing to work together. #fyp #malinois #belgianmalinois #breedstandard These dogs should look the part and be able to do it all. Why is it that the dogs who were imported back in the 90’s used to be able to work and show. What happened? I am not saying every malinois needs to have show scores and working titles. Not everyone has the money or time to do both. Especially breeders who have multiple dogs. Trust me…I get that. I know my dogs aren’t perfect. I know my program isn’t all that. But I am trying my best with what I have. And if I just wanted to breed then I wouldn’t have had so many dogs come and go that I never bred but spent a lot of money on just to place at a pet home rehoming fee. This breed is not for everyone. But I’ll be damned if you’re going to tell me how to run my program when you have no interest in even helping the cause. #responsiblebreeding

Currently waiting for the arrival of these babies. Due dates can vary pending on when they conceived, or if they bred naturally how many times they tied. We do an xray after day 55 to not only count the puppies we can plan to expect, but to help us see their gestation and get a little more of an estimate of when to expect them. Please do not consider breeding if you do not have good intentions! Breeding is not for making money. Prior to breeding a full series of health tests should be done on both the sire and dam, along with titles earned. Many vet appointments should be done as well including brucellosis testing, progesterone testing, ultrasound, and xrays. Then vetting the puppies as well. Not to even mention the time away from work while waiting for the babies or the first week or two of them being born, and all the time you’ll be spending performing ens, esi, potty training, cleaning, socializing, etc. Research the breed you may be interested to insure the fit is right for you, then start communicating with breeders and look for someone to buy and use as a mentor to help you get on the right foot. #responsiblebreeding #purposebred #goldenretriever #puppytime #sportdogs #dogsports #ofa
