The easiest roasted veggie purée glow soup. Filled with all the good vitamins your skin loves!🥕🥣 You can really make this any way you like! -cut as many veggies as you like (I did: tomatoes, onions, garlic, bell peppers, carrots ,celery) -season the veggies and coat in olive oil (salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, thyme whatever your heart desires) -roast at 400 degrees for 50 mins or until noticeably soft and roasted -blend roasted veggies with stock of choice ( I did chicken-the more stock the more soupy it is) -blend in cream & cottage cheese to thicken and add protein (I did entire container of low fat cottage cheese blended) -I let simmer with some more seasonings for 20 mins after combined (paprika, salt, fresh cracked pepper, red pepper flakes)
