INGREDIENTS:   Salmon Bites:  · 2 Fresh Atlantic Salmon Portions  · 3 tbsp Burman’s Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce  · 1 tbsp Carlini Toasted Sesame Oil  · 2 tbsp Priano White Wine Vinegar  · 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to spice preference)  · 1 tsp Berryhill Hot Honey  · Juice of 1/2 lime  · 2 cloves chopped garlic   Cucumber Salad:  · 3 organic mini cucumbers, sliced  · 2 tbsp Burman’s Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce  · 2 tbsp Priano White Wine Vinegar  · 1 tsp Berryhill Hot Honey   Coconut Rice:  · 1 c jasmine rice (rinsed)  · 1/2 can coconut milk  · 1 c water  · Pinch of salt & sugar (optional)  HOW TO: Salmon Bites:  · Add all ingredients (except the salmon) into a bowl for the marinade.  · Remove salmon skin with a sharp knife and cube.  · Add salmon to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (longer if desired).  · Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.  · Remove salmon from the marinade and cook in the pan for 3 minutes until browned (no liquid yet).  · Add the reserved marinade to the pan and cook the salmon bites until cooked through (2-3 mins).  · Remove the salmon from the pan and keep the marinade on low heat to thicken.  Cucumber Salad:  · Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix.  · Refrigerate until ready to serve.   Coconut Rice:  · Bring coconut milk and water to a boil.  · Rinse jasmine rice until the water runs clear. · Once boiling, add the rice, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until the rice is fluffy (cooking time depends on rice type). · Add a pinch of salt and sugar if desired. Spicy Teriyaki Salmon Sushi Bake = New Year's dinner GOALS! 😍✨ Light, delicious, and so easy to make. it's the perfect easy and healthy dinner recipe for kicking off the year on a tasty note! ⭐️ Ingredients ⭐️ 3/4 lb salmon, I used Coho Salmon 🍣  3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce (or Japanese BBQ Sauce) 1 tbsp brown sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 3 cups cooked sushi rice  1 small avocado, cubed 3 tbsp spicy mayo (or my yum yum sauce recipe!) 1 tbsp furikake 2 tbsp crispy fried onion bits 2 tbsp scallions, finely diced  ⭐️ Instructions ⭐️ 1️⃣ Carefully remove skin from salmon then cut into 1” pieces.  2️⃣In a medium sized bowl, combine cubed salmon, teriyaki sauce and salt. First up… Hot Honey Salmon Bowls 🍣 one of my fav quick & easy dinners! •••••• Ingredients:  2 salmon filets  1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, salt, crushed red pepper Juice of 1/2 lime  Olive oil  Jasmine or brown rice  Avocado  Cucumber  Sesame seeds  Glaze:  1 tbsp butter 2 tsp minced garlic  3 tbsp soy sauce  2 tbsp honey  Crushed red pepper to taste  •••••• Remove skin and cube salmon. Add a drizzle of oil, juice from 1/2 like and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt & crushed red pepper. Air fry at 375 for 14-16 minutes.  Prepare rice (I use microwaved rice). Add butter and minced garlic to a small sauce pan and simmer until garlic is fragrant. Add soy sauce, honey and red pepper and simmer until it thickens. Stir frequently! Slice vegetables. Start your new year with a new delicious Firecracker Salmon Bites recipe featuring Nate's hot honey! Ingredients: Fresh Atlantic Salmon Skinless Fillets 3 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning Pinch of salt & pepper 2 Tbsp Nate’s hot honey Bang Bang Sauce for topping (Optional) Chives (Optional) Red Chili Peppers (Optional) Directions: Preheat oven to Broil. Cut salmon into about 1-inch chunks. Season salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Add Nate’s hot honey, and mix to make sure the salmon is coated in honey and seasoning.
